EXPERIENCE SALES ADVISOR, TOPSHOP, NOTTINGHAM Nov 2014 - Jan 2015 My responsibilities as a Sales Advisor were coherent with the build up to Christmas, placing high focus on customer service to Topshop’s exceptional standard. My other roles included: one to one customer service, recovery and replenishment of stock, organising deliveries and ensuring cleaniness standards were maintained. PRESS OFFICE INTERNSHIP, NEW LOOK HEAD OFFICE - Sept 2014 My responsibilities involved playing a key role in the fashion and beauty department liaising with weekly publications by sending samples of clothing to feature in newspapers/magazines/ supplements. Other tasks included: analyzing press coverage reports and value spread sheets, picking out samples for clients, sending images requests, monitoring daily press coverage and creating a Spring/Summer 2015 trend document. SALES ADVISOR, PEACOCKS, WOOTTON BASSETT - May 2010 - September 2013 My roles included: assisting opening and closing the store, customer service, outfit building and visual merchandising of new stock, changing the window displays according to company guidelines and helping management with end of day cashing up. VOLUNTARY WORK EXPERIENCE, M&S, SWINDON - July 2009 I assisted members of staff with the visual merchandising within the Per Una department, researched and presented a short powerpoint presentation about Plan A and created a S/S 2009 trend moodboard.
