This online resume course gives you an opportunity to understand the purpose, review the general guidelines and learn how to develop a resume that will get results. The online course is offered at a time that is convenient for you between the first and the 21st of every month. Did you know your body image can have a significant impact on your outlook? Throughout history, body image has been determined by various factors, including culture and media. Exposure to mass media (television, movies, magazines and

the Internet) is correlated with obesity and negative body image, which could lead to eating disorders. Discuss and explore how your self-image has been shaped through popular opinion from the 1900s to today.

Have you ever worried about a friend or a loved one because of his or her use of drugs and/or alcohol? Have you ever wondered what you should do about it? You are not alone. There is help available, but where do you start? This workshop highlights the warning signs of someone abusing drugs and alcohol, shows you the difference between abuse and dependence, and helps you identify “next steps” and how to care for yourself.
