Our award winning à la Carte restaurant, The Dining Room, presents a gastronomic fine dining experience in a relaxed and understated elegant setting.
Situated right in the heart of a region wealthy with delicious ingredients, we are passionate about using fresh locally sourced produce, foraged wild foods, also products from our own smokery, all with great respect for the seasons in order to create exciting and inspiring menus that reflect a true taste of Wales.
