The handcrafted surfboard factory and shop of Australian surfing legend Bob McTavish’s eponymous McTavish surf apparel has been a part of the A&I Estate for over 22 years, making them the OG of the area. The recently refitted showroom is still the place to head to if you’re after a new board — Bob and Ben McTavish have a century of surfboard design pedigree between them, and their years of experimentation have produced a range from 4 to 14ft that are up there with the best. You can nab some board shorts or T-shirts while there, all inspired by the town’s surf culture and lifestyle.
