WE CAN WORK IT OUT!

It’s wonderful to see members taking advantage of our Fitness Center. Keep in mind that as it heats up outside, the temperature inside the Fitness Center remains nice and cool. In addition to weight lifting, the center features bikes, treadmills and ellipticals. Just ask our friendly staff Caleb, Nate, Ciara, Alex or Ruth for assistance. Member Specials

With our New Year’s special, we welcomed many new and returning members this year. Our March member special was so well received – buy 2 months, get 1 free – that we are repeating it in June. Exercise in June, July & August for only $80! In addition, we are offering a Student Summer Special for middle, high school and college students. Students can exercise all summer for only $45. Students younger than 18 years require parent permission. All new members receive a free orientation. Call us at 989. 224.1575 for more info.

Personal Training

Is your diet out of control? Are you in an exercise rut? Let us help! Personal Training is available by the hour, half hour or by the package.

Be Our Guest! Bring a guest to your aerobics class and they can exercise for free. First class for guests is free, so invite a friend to get moving with Dee, Jean or Teresa. FYI We also offer American Heart CPR & First Aid classes to the community each month. Call for cost, dates, and times.

Get Fit, Feel Great! American Red Cross Babysitter’s Training Whether looking for a summer job, helping out at home or just trying to gain some valuable information, it is time to register 11-16 year old youth for American Red Cross Babysitter’s Training classes. Classes are held June 9-14. Sessions fill up fast. Call 989.224.1575 to register. Cost is $50 and includes snack and materials.

YOGA: Thursday @ 5:10pm or Saturday @ 9:30am. ZUMBA: Tuesday @ 5:10pm PUMP IT UP: Tuesday @ 6:15pm WEIGHTS FOR WOMEN: Saturday @ 8:15am. Low impact aerobics is taking a break this summer, but look for its return in the fall.
