FROM THE PUBLISHER It’s official- I’m getting old. It is not easy for me to acknowledge that I just can't do everything I could twenty years ago. It happens to all of us, right? As a lifelong athlete, I never imagined I'd be sidelined by pain. I had my first sports related injury this spring and was not able to run the Steamtown ½ Marathon. My training was derailed momentarily and with the help of DT Fitness I’m learning all about differentiated training and fitness. Once I am 100%, I have decided to keep my running to a minimum. I would rather slow down than endure a hip replacement in my forties. So now, rather than kicking my butt and training like a maniac, I am walking with my dog for an hour a day, doing yoga and eating very healthy. I have to be honest… I feel great! I’m not exhausted and I’m not in pain. It’s a strange feeling for me… I almost feel balanced! I am looking forward to starting this summer full of energy and eager to conquer the “must do” list with my girls. Of course, by July 4th I will be exhausted and ready to send the kids back to school! But, I plan on taking advantage of everything the Pocono Mountains has to offer. We are going to golf, hit the zip-line at TreeVentures and do A LOT of fishing! Enjoy the summer issue of Local Flair. In this issue we feature some great lake and golf course homes. Seeing these properties reminded us that there are great things happening in the Poconos- real estate has rebounded, the local economy is growing, and some of the larger projects in our area are bringing positive, modern growth to the Poconos. We’re thrilled to see new local businesses popping up as well as the continued success of existing enterprises. “This is our humble facility that takes care of 1200 animals a year,” says Katherine Uhler, Director of the Pocono Wildlife Rehabilitation and Education Center. “We are the only allspecies wildlife rehab center in northeastern and eastern Pennsylvania. This is it. We have to make sure it works.” To make sure it works, Pocono Wildlife depends on donations of all kinds from the public. “There are a lot of little things that people can help us with so that we can stay focused on the animals,” explains Uhler. Donating time, goods, and expertise to this 501c3 nonprofit organization is easy and keeps the education center and clinic functioning and safe. Monetary donations are always welcome, but thinking creatively in giving to the center is a route many supporters can explore. Services such as auto-repair or simple oil changes add up over a year. Each time a dollar is saved by a donation of services, the money goes where it has to go- medical care for the animals. The center is committed to the care for sick and wounded wildlife as well as educating the public about these species and how to safely enjoy and protect our natural resources. Currently, the day to day tangible supply needs are met. Bigger projects need to be addressed this summer. The facility is in desperate need of a floor repair in the laundry room. The 6’x24’ space has deteriorating concrete beneath ripped up vinyl. Repairing the concrete and tiling the floor tops the wish list. The driveway needs basic repair that will last more than one season. A portion of the property started to have water run-off issues in the past few years. An experienced excavator who could assess the problem and facilitate the installation of gravel and soil to prevent flooding is ideal. There is no donation too small; every task, minute of time, and offer of expertise goes to good use. “We need help with things that people can do with their time,” states Kathy. “Right now I don’t have a handyman, so I’m mowing the lawn when I should be doing paperwork or taking care of animals. We have painting that needs to be done, repairs, paperwork. Someone can sit and do data entry. It’s a creative kind of thing. If someone calls us and says, ‘I’m good at this’ or ‘I would like to do this’ and ‘I can supply materials but not the labor’ or ‘I can supply the labor but not the materials,’ we can connect the dots.” 6

Sterling Strauser’s POCONO MOUNTAINS

Join East Stroudsburg University President Marcia G. Welsh, Ph.D. for a special celebration and live art auction to honor the late acclaimed, selftaught artist, Sterling Strauser to be held in the Sterling Strauser Gallery in the ESU Innovation Center, located at 562 Independence Road, East Stroudsburg, on June 5 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. This show, titled “Sterling Strauser’s Pocono Mountains” highlights the painter’s views of the Pocono Region- its unique people, places, and landmarks. Previously unseen works of Strauser, who lived and painted in East Stroudsburg from 1928 to 1995, will be featured. Strauser’s art is included in the permanent collections of the American Museum in Bath, England; the Allentown Art Museum, Allentown, Pa.; Lehigh University, Bethlehem, Pa.; Everhart Museum, Scranton, Pa.; Cheekwood Museum and Vanderbilt University, both in Nashville, Tenn.; Maier Museum of Art, Lynchburg, Va.; and numerous private and corporate collections. In addition to his paintings, Strauser served as a teacher and principal of the grade school in Mount Pocono from 1928 to 1929. He also worked at the International Boiler Works in East Stroudsburg where he began as a shipping clerk in 1930 and retired as company secretary in 1962. Local collectors will loan ESU Sterling Strauser paintings from their personal collections for display purposes, featuring people, places and things from the Poconos. The auction is also a tribute to Dorothy Strauser, his wife and an artist whose original watercolor paintings and fabric hookings are brightly colored expressions of American craft that display a unique way of life. In her lifetime, she had one-person shows at the Everhart and Burliuk Museums and exhibited at Bertha Shafer and Frank Lee Galleries and the Museum of American Folk Art in New York City. This is a part of a series of events held at ESU to honor Strauser and his legacy. The first was held in May of 2012 and was followed by subsequent shows that also featured the works of nationally and internationally-known outsider, self-taught artists that the Strausers promoted. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Sterling Strauser Art Gallery. It is not all about the art. This year’s auction will pair Strauser’s art of the Pocono Region with food samples from regional restaurants, revealing the true flavor of the Poconos to all who attend. There will be a live auction of unseen works from the Sterling Strauser family’s private collection, and a silent auction that will allow attendees to bid on the works of many well-known Pocono artists, including Sterling and Dorothy Strauser. The Sterling Strauser Gallery, housed in the university’s Innovation Center, 562 Independence Road, was made possible thanks to a generous donation of 114 of Strauser’s paintings by Grey and Linda Carter and family of McClean, Va. Carter is a private art dealer and artist’s representative. In 1964, after meeting Sterling Strauser, Grey began buying and selling works of art to meet his desire to acquire an art collection. Take a drive out to Mountain Springs Lake Resort in Reeders, Pennsylvania and enter the front office. Monday through Friday, that’s where you’ll find Benjamin Rader, a third generation of the Rader family, who own and operate the resort. You’ll also find, in that front office, a colorful collection of paintings, each one depicting natural scenes of sterling white birch trees, plush clouds, and shimmering water. These are Ben’s work – a handful of the over 200 paintings he’s completed in ten years’ time. Rader is self-taught, but he comes by his talent honestly. His grandmother, Marjorie Rader, was a portrait artist. Inspired by an art history class he took several years ago, he creates his masterpieces in the workshop on premises at the resort. A windowsill serves as his easel there, where layers of paint, dripped from brushes over time, cover the space. Ben’s style is reminiscent of Van Gogh. He cites having been influenced by Klimt and Schiele, as well. Through stippling, thick brush strokes, use of bold and vibrant colors, and design, he portrays landscapes not just as they look, but as he remembers them. “That painting,” he says as he points to one of the larger pieces which depicts the dam at the resort covered in snow and reflecting a pale orange sky. “It was the first snow of winter. I walked outside and the sky was literally that color of orange. It’s more stylized and not realistic, but that’s the feeling I got which translated through.”

Though he’s had works on display at shows locally, as well as in New Hampshire, New York, and Massachusetts, it’s rare that you’ll see Rader’s work exhibited. He remains selective as to where it will be shown, noting that many of his commission clients find him through word-of-mouth or online. Rader’s Pennsylvania Dutch heritage plays a recurring role in his work. Take a close look and you’ll see folk art embellishments, barn hex signs, and Dutch phrases- some subtle and some not. His most recent piece, titled “Ode to Bethlehem” refers to the city in which he was born. Styled words, written in Pennsylvania Dutch, are incorporated into the landscape. Translated it reads, “In the Lehigh Valley there’s a bright light called Bethlehem; my home town. I was born there, and in the end that is where my heart will rest. God in Heaven, leave us Dutch as we are.” When not creating, Ben takes every opportunity to connect with his heritage through Grundsau Lodge and Versommling meetings. In these meetings, generations of Pennsylvania Dutch descendants meet, have a meal, and speak in the Pennsylvania Dutch language. It’s a custom Ben partakes in to preserve the tradition. He’s also a new father. He and wife, Sonja, welcomed a baby boy last year. When one thinks of wildlife native to Northeast Pennsylvania, the turkey vulture is probably not a species that fondly comes to mind. But for crafter Melissa Benzinger, she and the turkey vulture share a connection. Her adoration of the scavenger was born from a dark point in her life which gave way to her hobby – a craft known as needle felting. Needle felting is the process of sculpting using a soft material, usually wool, to build a form. Layers of wool are applied to wire frames with a barbed needle. The barb tangles the fibers, making it sturdy, as it is applied (think: teased hair of the 1990s, ladies). Melissa excels at giving each sculpture character by adding paint as well as handmade polymer clay hands, feet, and faces. Typically, small sculptures take around three hours to create. Her largest creation to date, a moth which spans five feet wide, took a month and a half. “I’ll take watching backyard birds over watching TV any day,” Melissa says. Having grown up in the countryside of Marshalls Creek, Melissa has long been inspired by animals large and small. These animals, which are usually the subjects of her craft, range from vultures to chipmunks, and from butterflies to black bears. She also dabbles in drawing and woodburning. Collectively, she calls her body of work, “Dancing Vulture Designs.” In April, “Dancing Vulture Designs” held its first ever solo art exhibition at Kettle Creek Environmental Education Center. Around 60 pieces were on display, with many selling on opening night. Since the show, Melissa has stayed busy with commissioned work and a busy schedule of shows throughout Northeast Pennsylvania. “It’s been my only dream- whatever my dad was doing, that’s what I wanted to be doing. I never wanted to be a fireman. Travis’s dad, Todd, is the mastermind behind three Kalahari properties, the latest of which will open its doors this summer in Pocono Summit. “Why do I want to work for my father? Why do other people want to work for him? It’s his personality and passion for what we’re doing. This is the happiest he’ll be all week, opening all this stuff. It might sound cliche, but it’s literally our life, this happiness and people can feel it.” It’s true- the excitement the Nelson family exudes is contagious, particularly with the project of the day. The “stuff ” he references is four massive cargo crates full of authentic African art, purchased by the Nelson family during their October 2014 African adventure. The trip yielded nearly half a million dollars worth of art, purchased from artisans in markets in several African countries. “This is really awesome, to be able to be authentic Africa and tell stories through art and have the real thing. It’s not pink elephants and cartoons here; it’s the real stuff,” Travis marvels. The art of Kalahari reaches every corner of the resort. Most of the pieces will be integral in the decor, some will be for sale, and art tours will be offered to guests. Travis recalled the family’s trip: “We had some really cool adventures. No matter what we were doing or where we went, what my dad enjoyed most was buying art.” Dad (Todd) explains, “It’s really neat, shopping for all of this. We’re sitting in this market and I’m saying to my wife, ‘I love these ladies but I just don’t know what to do with them!’” The “ladies” are a series of five soapstone carvings ranging in size from two to seven feet. These are the first items to have gained placement in the resort; they will welcome guests to the spa at Kalahari. After the resort opens, Kalahari will also feature an African art museum. There will be a few pieces for sale, but the majority of the installation will tell the story of Africa through art. In addition to the African pieces, custom created artwork is found throughout the resort. The lobby’s floor, “is literally a work of art. It’s called terrazzo. It’s different murals inside the floor- zebras and flamingos and giraffes and elephants,” explains Travis. The process of the floor is remarkable- a steel frame of the animal is placed on the subfloor and filled just like a “paint by number” kit. The floor cures, is smoothed, cleaned, and polished. The result is durable and beautiful. One of the most spectacular features of the property is at the entrance to the Convention Center. A 41 foot, 20,000 pound metal tree has been crafted by the in-house art development team, custom cut and hammered from bronze, brass, copper, and stainless steel, each piece dyed with fire or chemicals to create a one-of-a-kind sculpture. The “ndoto na kujenga” tree is Swahili for “dream and create.” Dreaming and creating is what the Nelsons have excelled at. Since 2010, The Buck Hill Skytop Music Festival has added to the artistic landscape of the Pocono Mountains with days of first-class artistry in Monroe County. The sixth season is no exception. Kicking off on July 31, 2015 with “A Cole Porter Celebration Concert” at Pocono Mountain East High School, this year’s festival welcomes Artistic Director Joey Chancey leading a stellar line-up of performances celebrating American music. Encompassing many genres in the American musical canon, festival goers will enjoy jazz, pop, musical theatre, chamber music, and even an open mic session with a concerted focus on engaging students in our area, providing mentors and professional performance opportunities to these young musicians. Both the Festival’s Young Scholars Program and the Student Chorus are open to area students in grades 6-12. The Young Scholars program is a highly-anticipated three week long immersion program. The pedagogy culminates with the “Young Scholars Broadway Revue.” Past participants marvel at the experience. "It was sort of surreal, standing there one-onone with these huge opera and Broadway stars. They pushed me to the next level of my song and then the next and the next,” recalls Nirvana Ortiz, a senior at Pocono Mountain West High School. Lehigh Valley Performing Arts Charter School sophomore Mackenzie Maula details, “The program is a great experience for high school students that have a passion in music to learn and grow as performers while having fun, meeting new people, and having a great experience.” The Student Chorus rehearses with choral professionals during the Festival and performs with the Young Scholars in “A Cole Porter Celebration Concert” and “American Songbook.” Before it wraps on August 9, the Buck Hill Skytop Music Festival will bring some of the world’s greatest talent to our local stages. Directors, choreographers, instrumentalists, singers, and dancers that grace the most prestigious performance spaces worldwide will spend ten days deepening the cultural makeup of NEPA. Audiences are sure to be dazzled by the Cole Porter tribute and a jaunt through pop music history with “American Songbook,” being swept up by everything from Gershwin to Buble. Highly acclaimed Broadway star Jarrod Spector will enthrall as he vocally maps the success of some of the most popular male performers of modern times. Many of the performances feature post-show discussions and each highlights a top-notch performance venue in the Pocono Mountains. Martinis & Manicures 2015 at The Chateau

Women’s Resources of Monroe County hosted its bi-annual “Martinis and Manicures” at a new venue on April 8, 2015. This Spring’s event held at the Chateau featured mini-manicures by Pure Day Spa and Shear Design Salon and Spa, a signature cocktail, raffles, and a spring fashion show by The Apple Tree and Dunkleberger’s. St. Luke’s Monroe Campus Groundbreaking Ceremony

On Wednesday, April 29, 2015 a groundbreaking ceremony for a new St. Luke’s hospital was held on site in Bartonsville. The acute care hospital is part of Bethlehem based St. Luke’s University Health Network. Local media, healthcare professionals, and dignitaries lauded the project which promises to bring full emergency room services, 180 private patient rooms including 12 beds for critical care patients, helipad, operating rooms, cardiac catheterization lab, full diagnostic capabilities, and the creation of 350 permanent jobs. Opening in Fall 2016, the St. Luke’s facility is the first new hospital to be built in Monroe County since 1924.

Just outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown Stroudsburg, Gary’s Meat Market calls to the carnivore in everyone. Doing business in Monroe County for 32 years, the family owned and operated shop opened on September 3, 1983. They were first located on 9th Street next to the Arlington Diner, building a good business and building a loyal customer base. The market then moved over to Ann Street for a few years and five years ago relocated to its current premises. “Downtown was great to us, but moving up to Chipperfield Drive gave us new customers,” explains Karen Oney, co-owner with husband Gary. “We’re busy all the time.” And busy they are- selecting, preparing, and presenting the best of everything for their customers. All of Gary’s meats are cut fresh daily on premises and contain no additives or preservatives. Specializing in all-wood smoking, orders pour in year round for Gary’s homemade kielbasa and double-smoked ham. Known far and wide for the best bacon EVER, one customer details, “It’s just amazing. You can’t buy better bacon and Gary’s prices are the best anywhere- even the supermarket.”

These relationships keep the market and customers alike happy. “We love our customers,” repeats Karen, Gary nodding in agreement.

Local Flair: What is your philosophy of treatment? Dr. Claes Wyckoff: When prescribing a treatment strategy, I take the entire patient into account. One of the things I’ve heard repeatedly from potential patients is that they are afraid to see a chiropractor because they don’t like to feel or hear their joints moving. Because I use a variety of techniques that are very safe and effective, my patients can choose how they want to be adjusted based on their comfort level. I utilize several techniques that address the muscles and fascia of the body. I am trained and certified in Graston Myofascial. The Graston Method decreases overall time of treatment, fosters faster rehabilitation/recovery, reduces need for anti-inflammatory medication and resolve chronic conditions thought to be permanent. I am also FMT level I and II certified in the RockTape kinesiology taping method, which promotes increased blood flow to the muscles, thereby reducing fatigue. I will use a combination of techniques and tailor the treatment plan per client. How can chiropractic help overall health? CW: The main focus of chiropractic treatment is adjustment of the joints of the spinal column. The spinal column functions in two ways, one- to protect the spinal cord which is our body’s main line of communication to the brain, and two- to provide mobility to the upper body. I adjust the spinal column and in turn influence the nerves exiting the spine, each of these nerves supplies a different part of the body and by removing interference along each nerve we improve overall health. For example, some of the nerves exiting the middle of the back control digestion, an adjustment to the mid back can often lead to an improved digestive function. An adjustment to the lower back can influence the function of the legs and feet.

When should we see a chiropractor (symptoms we don’t readily know or think about)? CW: Just about everyone who thinks about chiropractic thinks at the same time about back or neck pain. While this is certainly correct, we do have profound effects on acute and chronic back and neck pain and stiffness. A few things that people may not readily think of is that we treat every joint in the body including the ankles, knees, hips, shoulders, elbows, wrists and so on. As mentioned above we can have an effect on digestion we also have an effect on headaches and difficulty sleeping. Another aspect of chiropractic I would like to mention is there is no person too young or too old to benefit from chiropractic care can be helpful in the treatment of ear infections. We treat patients from hours or days old to their nineties or even over a hundred years old. Chiropractic is inherently safe and everyone can benefit from chiropractic treatment. Can you give us some advice we can use every day to help us maintain a properly functioning body as we age? CW: One of the most common misconceptions about aging is that is has to be painful. People tend to equate pain with the process of aging. Now there are painful aspects of all parts of life but we can help ourselves to reduce the pain and stiffness of everyday life. The main thing I like to tell all my patients is to keep moving and stretching. Keeping elasticity in our muscles and motion in our joints is a great way to reduce pain and stiffness as we age. In my office I regularly prescribe stretching and exercise for my patients. Go to your chiropractor and have your joints assessed and aligned regularly. At the same time go to your medical doctor and have your routine procedures and testing done, these tests become more important as we age. Is it possible that a 4.00% 30-year mortgage rate is too high for comfort? We have written that it is the direction of rates which is often more important than the level of interest rates. The Mortgage Bankers Association announced that the average rate for a 30-year fixed-rate mortgage is now over 4.00%. Although a mortgage rate with a 4.00% handle might seem affordable, the recent rise in mortgage rates has corresponded closely with mortgage applications. When mortgage rates fall, applications tend to rise. Thus, relative to what home buyers and mortgage borrowers have become accustomed, mortgage rates topping just 4.0% are seen as “expensive” to a significant number of homebuyers and borrowers seeking to refinance. This is a major factor in the Fed’s thinking when considering monetary policy. If mortgage rates rising into the 4.00%s can have a meaningful negative impact to housing market activity, the Fed must be careful not to slow the overall economy when changing its policy stance. The problem is the Fed (and the World) has never been here before. Extremely low interest rates have not generated the kind of recovery in housing as the Fed and many economists have anticipated. Our idea is for the Fed to worry less about housing and more on investor income. The people who drove the economy via housing are the same people who might consume more if their investment accounts generated more income. How much is too much? During infancy, the human body instinctively knows to stop eating when it is full despite the amount of food offered; however, at as young as two years of age, we begin to be affected by portion sizes. Research has shown that we unintentionally eat more when we are given larger portions for snacks and meals. Restaurant portions and food packaging have grown significantly in recent years, distorting our judgment of appropriate serving sizes. Being faced with larger portions, especially when eating high-calorie foods, can lead to a considerable excess in your daily caloric intake.

Avoid common food portion pitfalls by following these tips: • Familiarize yourself with healthy serving sizes. Visual examples can be helpful when determining an appropriate serving size; for example, a serving of cereal or pasta (1/2 cup) should be the size of a hockey puck, a serving of fish (3 ounces) should be the size of a deck of cards, and a serving of butter (1 teaspoon) should be the size of the tip of your thumb. • When serving dinner at home, keep serving dishes off of the table. Serve food directly onto individual plates and leave any extra in the kitchen to avoid the temptation of going for seconds.

put an appropriate serving size in a bowl and put the box away to avoid “grazing.” • Buy single-serving treats for easy, no-stress snacks. • Forget about spoiling your dinner; eating small, healthy snacks throughout the day as you get hungry will help keep you from overeating at mealtimes. • Separate the contents of large packages of food into several smaller bags or containers to create convenient, ready-to-go snacks and avoid accidental overeating. • When buying in bulk, store what you don’t need right away somewhere harder to get to. If it isn’t within easy reach, you will be less likely to grab for it. • Keep any especially tempting or unhealthy foods out of sight, storing more healthy options in front at eye level. • Restaurant portions are particularly large. When eating out, try splitting a meal with a friend or asking for a to-go box right away so that you can immediately box up half of your meal to eat later. Many restaurants also offer light or lunch menus with more appropriate serving sizes. • Slow down! While you are eating, pay attention to the color, scent, taste, and texture of each dish, and take the time to stop between bites to talk with friends or family. When you eat slowly, your body will be better able to recognize when it is full, and you will be able to fully appreciate what you are eating. During the summer months, the hot and humid weather can make the climate-controlled environment of the gym really enticing. Despite wanting to enjoy not sweating as much, there are many wonderful benefits to taking your workouts outdoors. A major advantage to outdoor exercise is the exposure to direct sunlight. Decreased exposure to sunlight can leave you feeling depressed and lacking in energy. Moving your workout to the great outdoors can certainly boost your mood and make you feel a little less sluggish. You will be more likely to increase the duration of your workout sessions. It will also lower the stress hormone cortisol, which can sometimes lead to unwanted weight gain. Studies have shown that outdoor exercise can increase the quality of joint movements. With the varying terrain and unpredictable grade of any given surface, your joints have to respond and move accordingly. This will lead to greater ankle flexibility and different muscular responses. The ground also gives better impact absorption than the treadmill if you enjoy walking or running. This will give your joints a much needed break from the continued reverberation of impact. Outdoor workouts require greater energy demands which will equal greater calorie burns. The reason for this is because you are working against the environment. If you are running, jogging or cycling, the elements (wind, rain, terrain) are all working against you creating drag forces. Your body will have to increase energy expenditure in order to continue to propel you forward, no matter how subtle the drag forces may be. If you are looking to maximize intensity in the least amount of time, an outdoor workout is the way to go. Taking your training outdoors may also guarantee you will stick to your exercise routine, especially if you are getting more enjoyment out of it (i.e. mood improvement). It will also lead to greater consumption of water, as you will have to replenish what you sweat out. Make sure you stay hydrated during those hot and humid days. You should be drinking at least 50% of your bodyweight in ounces. (example: 160 lb person = 80 ounces of water per day) It is also advised that if you have pre-existing conditions, you should work with a Personal Trainer. The Trainer can guide you through proper exercise technique and progression, and provide you with an outdoor workout you can do on your own that is safe and effective. Even though it can be tempting to take shelter from the heat during the summer months, outdoor exercise has been proven to be more enjoyable and more effective, not only for your body but for your overall quality of health. Moving your training outdoors equals moving more, and any increase in activity is a good thing! 6

He supplied dozens of pop stars during their UK and European tours including Barry Manilow, Boy George, George Michael, Run DMC, LL Cool J, The BBC Top of the Pops, ITV’s Whistle Test and all the major record companies. He was also trained by the house DJ of Studio 54 Richie Kazor in the early/mid 70’s and brought the art of non stop mixed music to the UK disco scene training some of the top UK DJ’s. In the late 80’s Greg focused his energy to property, selling the record label, and popular DJ store in London’s West End known as Spin-off ’s. Eventually all his time was spent managing the property portfolio and Rainer joined him to develop the business there in London in 1998. The two of them built up a property portfolio overlooking the Thames just opposite the Houses of Parliament known as Riverview London. Clients there include several MP’s, well known TV celebs, authors, bankers and directors of major international companies.

How did these stylish men who reside in London England find their way to the Poconos? Greg grew up in the Pocono Mountains and has a rich history and connection to both the music and ski industry. His World Champion Freestyle Skier father Phil Gerard was a founding partner of the Hunter Mountain Ski Resort in New York state together with Oscar Hammerstein. His half sister Michelle Gerard who is also a World Champion Freestyle Skier assisted Greg with some of the publicity pics found on the walls of their new project Skiview which is opposite the slopes of Camelback Mountain Resort just over an hour from New York City and Philadelphia. Everything throughout the property evokes the luxury and attention to detail that defines the international lifestyle they have created. Skiview is not your typical Pocono rental. Perched atop Camelback’s Northridge Station, the view of the mountain adds another star to the already 5-star property.
