This June marks our 17th Farm & Ranch issue, truly one of the magazine’s most inspired themes. After all, the local food producers in our Northern New Mexico midst feed us daily, not only with the nutritious, protein-rich yield from their farms and ranches, but with a sustenance that satisfies the soul. We appreciate their work beyond measure. Equally, we appreciate the passionate people in our local restaurants who respect, love, and embrace the work of our farmers and ranchers, and also dig getting their own hands dirty. This is a beautiful symbiotic relationship and we’re happy to celebrate it!
