The Montezuma Ball, a much-anticipated annual gala hosted by Heritage Hotels and Resorts, has become one of Albuquerque’s premier non-profit fundraising events, having raised over one million dollars for a number of New Mexico charities since 2000. This year’s primary beneficiaries are the New Mexico History Museum, Palace of the Governors and New Mexico Historic Sites. Funds raised will be used for exhibition development and educational programming at these historic places so vital to our state’s heritage. The Dual Language Education of New Mexico (DLeNM), an educational non-profit with a mission to develop, support, and advocate for high quality dual language education, is honored to be the secondary beneficiary. The evening will begin with a Cocktail Hour at 6 p.m. featuring pop-up exhibits and reenactments of New Mexico history.

At 7 p.m., a three-course dinner will be served and a wonderful live auction will take place with exclusive opportunities and items, including unique travel experiences. At 9 p.m., Casa Esencia will be transformed into a Wild West saloon complete with gaming tables, a complimentary whiskey bar and old fashioned cigar cart. Individual tickets to the Montezuma Ball are $250. Individual tickets to the after party at the Casa Esencia Saloon are an additional $50. Tickets are 100% tax-deductible.

To purchase tickets, please visit www.museumfoundation.org/montezuma-ball or contact Elisabeth Loya at 505.216.0829 or elisabeth@museumfoundation.org — sponsorship opportunities that include additional benefits are also available.
