We worked with the mall to renovate our space to offer a large array of services that include; medical, dental, vision, OBGYN, Medication Assistant Treatment, behavioral health, translation services, case management, and we will also be adding physical therapy in, the near future. To further add to your one stop shop experience, we also have a medical dispensary located in our main waiting area.

CHDC is now accepting new patients if you have insurance or not! We accept most commercial insurance, as well as Medicaid and Medicare insurances. The best part is that you can have all your care in a one-stop integrated experience at our Stateof-the-Art facility! Transportation an issue? No problem, CHDC provides FREE transportation throughout Pottstown to help you get to and from your appointments safely. We value your time and we offer integrated visits where you can have a dental appointment on the same day as your medical or a vision appointment. Our integrated appointment approach makes it easier for you to take care of yourself and family in one stop.

We are also very excited to announce that we will be providing education and computer training classes for our patients located in Dash’s Den in our main waiting room area. It is important to us that the community have access to all the wonderful resources that are available in our area, so in that spirit we will be partnering with local community organizations to provide a variety of services in our soon to be Community Marketplace, also located within our main waiting area.
