ell us about your role in Dreu’s Haus of Drag Drag Brunch and how it came about? I am one
Drag brunch has become this generations up and coming phenomenon. People just love their bottomless mimosas and some well rounded entertainment. And this has proved time and time again to be a success business venture for any venue willing to host these kinds of events. It’s amazing to be able have another outlet to showcase amazing talent, and it always leaves the consumer with an amazing, unforgettable experience.

We were fortunate enough to be invited back for another season of Drag Brunch after a very successful run throughout the summer of 2022.. Q: Tell us what it is like working with Dreu Murin Productions? You are in another show of Dreu’s correct? Working with Dreu has been a refreshing experience! Working in the drag scene/ bar scene in various places over the course of the last 6 years, I’ve met and worked with all kinds of individuals, both good and bad. Dreu is always ambitious to make things bigger, and better. Always looking to elevate things, he also provides the resources to assure we’re the best in the market. And yes! I will also be the featured emcee for the upcoming extension of their highly rated Rock Hard Burlesque show, ‘XXMas Burlesque’. This will be a risqué Christmas themed show highlighted throughout the Holiday season. Featuring some of the best dancers in the area, and a suggestive host, it’s sure to bring some good Holiday cheer this season.. Q: Tell us about how you got started in drag and drag brunch? I began performing in drag official in Reno, Nevada 6 years ago. Although before that, I was heavily involved in theatre in my local community. With my passion for make-up, hair, choreography, and more, it all came into fruition that “Hey I should be a drag queen!” I mean I have vivid flashbacks of times when I would be in my room, probably 11 years old, doing the choreography to a Britney Spears music video, and now it’s just so full circle, like this is who I was meant to be. Throughout the course of my career, I’ve done hundreds of drag shows, fashion
shows, drag queen story times, toured the west coast, and so much more. It has been quite the journey! Q: Tell us about how you got started in drag and drag brunch? Q: Tell us about the upcoming drag brunch at Hard Rock. It is a unique venue using BLOOM Nightclub. What can people expect? Although there are a number of other drag brunches in the area, our Drag Brunch at Bloom in the Hard Rock is unique and breaks the barriers of anything anybody has seen in this area. Bloom itself is a huge venue. You can always expect a full show, high energy audience. The stage and technical aspects of it bring you a whole different experience with sounds, lighting, and special effects that fully elevates the performances. As well as showcasing some of the most fierce talent from Reno, San Francisco, Las Vegas, and more, we are always bringing you comedy, dance, and a broad spectrum of all things drag!
Q: TTell us about the other cast members in the show.We are fortunate enough to be able to work with and bring in some of the best in the industry for this round of drag brunch. The thing about drag, is there are no boundaries. Every week will feature a special, different kind of drag. We have drag kings, drag queens, pageant girls, professionally trained dancers, comedy, horror, TikTok famous influencers, and so much more. We wanted to focus more on entertainers who bring highly conceptualized versions of their esthetic to showcase on one of the biggest platforms in the area!

feature a lot of custom made costumes from myself, as well as other highly credited designers in my community. You’ll be seeing all the rhinestones, sequins, feathers, thigh high boots, and everything else DRAG Q: Hows the food? So I’ve performed in a lot of different drag brunches, in a lot of different places. A common theme I’ve noticed, is some places don’t even serve food and they still label it as Brunch! I know if I’m going to an event, they better have some food! I will say the selection of food served for our brunch is one of the best spreads I’ve seen. Such a variety of sweet, savory, breakfast. They all know Aspen better get her plate of Chicken and Waffles when the show is over! Alongside the bottomless mimosas and amazing entertainment, it’s well worth it.
As well as my co-host and other resident entertainer, Cotton The Act, he brings a special kind of comedy and energy to help guide us through the show! Q: Tell us about the wardrobe inspiration in the show? Our wardrobe inspiration is quintessential drag. Like I mentioned before, every week will be a different, unique experience. One week you may see a Hellrasier themed number where the performer staples dollar bills to themself, one week you may see a queen perform a Magic School Bus themed number dressed as sexy Ms. Frizzle. Everyone has high expectations for what we’re bringing, and they won’t be disappointed. I myself LOCAL MGZN
Q: What brought about the inspiration in building this show/brunch? Why is it considered the top drag brunch in Northern CA / Northern NV? Like I mentioned before, drag brunch has become this mainstream phenomenon that has swept up the entertainment industry. Although there are some brunches that happen down the hill in Reno, or in the other direction in Sacramento, there were no featured brunches or performances happening up in Lake Tahoe. Tahoe is one of the biggest tourist destinations on the west coast, as well as one of the #1 most desired places to live. It just makes sense to put together a proven business venture such as drag brunch in a highly visited tourist area. So Dreu worked his magic, and got in touch with some of the best in his local industry, and the rest was history! The food, the staff, the DJ, the performances, the looks, the venue, and to be able to showcase all of our hard work, dedication, and unique talents at a world-renown location such as the Hard Rock Hotel, is why we are the BEST Drag brunch in Northern CA/NV!
