Robert Gardner Accepts Role of Grand Marshall for Parade By J.D. O’Gara Franklin resident Robert Gardner has been chosen as the Grand Marshall of Franklin’s 2013 Fourth of July Parade, which will take place at 2 p.m. on Sunday, July 7th. Gardner, a Vietnam Veteran, has lived in Franklin for 29 years with his wife, Barbara, and has raised his two children in the town.

Not only did a number of young artists earn a profit with the fruits of their labor, they donated it to neighbors in need. On June 17th, students from the Franklin High School Art Club and Franklin Arts Academy programs donated $200 to the Franklin Food Pantry.
