Q: Does enVisible™ function on any mobile device?

A: No; at the moment enVisible™ can only be used on the iPhone (4 or 4s), iPad (2 or 3), or iPod Touch.

Q: Does enVisible™ function on my Apple (MacOsX) or Windows 7 laptop/desktop?

A: Yes; enVisible™ can be utilized on MacOsX or Windows 7 computers (laptop or desktop).

Q: How does enVisible™ protect me?

A: enVisible™ provides your mobile device with an encrypted digital cloak™, ensuring that your internet browsing experience remains anonymous, while also hardening your data stream with 128 bit or 256 bit encryption.

Q: What is the benefit of the encryption (128 bit/256 bit) component of enVisible™?

enVisible - FAQ encrypted tunnel – a 4th dimensional equivalent of a clandestine underground tunnel.

Q: Does enVisible™ encrypt my mobile device’s internet session from any location?

A: Yes; no matter your location, enVisible™ encrypts your mobile device’s internet session.

Q: How does my information travel over the internet while utilizing enVisible™?

A: Your information travels from your mobile device to the Loct Down GEN (Global EnVisibility Network) Node (router) -from the country you select within your enVisible™ profile -- to the Internet.

Q: Is the information from my internet session being exposed?

A: No; while utilizing enVisible™ your data is being transferred via an encrypted tunnel, and the IP address that identifies your internet session is created by the Loct Down GEN node (router); therefore, the internet session CANNOT trace back to you. The internet session, in actuality, is between the GEN node and your destination on the internet. Furthermore, your data transmissions travel in encapsulated-encrypted packets, making the information inaccessible to data thieves.

Q: What are some of the vulnerabilities that enVisible™ will protect me against?

enVisible - FAQ A: enVisible™ protects the mobile device against hacking, phishing, sniffing, spam, and location tracking threats over the internet.

Q: Without enVisible, are my internet activities at my favorite café, restaurant, or friend’s house being logged?

A: Yes; your web sur fing activity is automatically logged into a router or by the mobile carrier, instantly identifying your mobile device and accompanying data transmissions. Your internet activity can then be viewed or shared by your friend or the vendor, or any unknown 3rd party at a later time. In the case of a Public WiFi/Hotspot (aka “your favorite cafe”), merely utilizing the hotspot

constitutes your acceptance of their internet terms of use and policy, which include permission to monitor and share your personal information and internet activities with 3rd party affiliates.

Q: Is the functionality of the enVisible™ profile affected by “Location Services” being turned “on” or “off ” on my iOS device?

A: No. enVisible™ functions while location services are either “on” or “off ”.

Q: Should I use “Location Services” in the “on” or “off ” position on my iOS device?

A: We recommend that you maintain “Location Services” in the “off ” position in order to preserve your location and other salient characteristics of the device.

Q: Is the enVisible™ profile specific to IP traffic only?

A: Yes; the enVisible™ profile is specific to IP traffic only.

Q: If I am enVisible™ on my 3G or 4G connection, will I lose my enVisible™ connection if I connect manually or automatically (within range) to a Wi-Fi network?

A: No; due to specialized configuration parameters within the enVisible™ profile, your device will not lose an active connection when switching between Wi-Fi and 3G/4G.

Q: Since enVisible™ is specific to IP traffic only, does that mean my iOS device can be located by a cellular tower?

A: Yes; due to the design of 4G, 3G, 2G, GSM and other mobile networks, a mobile device connected to an existing mobile service provider cannot be hidden from a cellular tower.

Q: To what extent can the mobile service provider see what I am viewing over the internet with my mobile device, while utilizing enVisible™?

A: The mobile operator will see your phone requesting a connection to a device located in “X” country (dependent on the chosen location within your enVisible™ profile), and that would be the extent of

Q: How do I take the mobile device operator out of the picture?

A: Utilize the “WiFi only ” version of the iPad (2 or 3) or the iPod Touch. Keep in mind that VOIP applications function on these devices for your calling needs, all while NOT connecting you to a mobile provider.

Q: Can I send e-mail over the enVisible™ network?

A: Yes; Webmail and the transmission of e-mail via Internet Browser is fully supported. Some e-mail configurations are restricted when using the native Apple Mail client, due to Sending Compliance regulations enforced by the CAN-SPAM Act

of 2003.

Q: I frequently travel (or reside) outside of the USA, and I do not have access to some of the online services (Netflix, Hulu T V, Pandora Radio) that I otherwise enjoy while stateside.

Can I gain access to these online services while on enVisible™?

A: Yes. While outside the USA, users can utilize their enVisible™ profile to access USA centric online services only available in the USA. Likewise, users can access country specific content for any of the other enVisible™ locations.

Q: Which of Loct Down’s GEN nodes should I utilize when accessing my USA based banking and other financial accounts?

enVisible - FAQ A: Utilize the Loct Down GEN node located in the USA; most USA based financial entities prompt for additional authentication (or lock you out of your account) when a foreign IP address is detected; this of course, is for your personal protection. enVisible™, no matter the GEN location, provides an additional layer of encryption above and beyond that of your bank/ financial institution.

Q: Why should enVisible™ be utilized for casual internet browsing and surfing?

A: Utilize enVisible™ so that the websites you visit never know your true IP identity. With enVisible™, you spread fragmented digital “bread crumbs” around the world, all of which lead to a “dead end” every time!

Q: Can I use enVisible™ in conjunction with popular social media apps?
