Dr. Hugh B. Logan once said, “Success is best spelled in the years of a healthy life.” I find this statement to be incredibly thought-provoking and true as you go forth to help improve the quality of life of those in our communities. During times of crisis and times of peace, we are all challenged to find better solutions in our health care system – solutions that will provide conservative, evidence informed and patient-centered care. As you think about success, and what that looks like in your future, think about it in terms of the impact you will have on others to live a long and healthy life. ~ Dr. J. Clay McDonald, President, Logan University
