PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES FOR GIRLS AND WOMEN
Logan City Council’s Girls, Get Active! program offers a range of free and low cost, enjoyable physical activities for girls and women in the City of Logan. We encourage all girls and women in the City of Logan to get active and participate in the various activities and programs on offer including Yoga, Skateboarding, Soccer, Mums’n’Bubs Yoga and Free-Movement Dance classes.

FREE-MOVEMENT DANCE CLASS No Lights No Lycra are hosting a weekly free-movement dance class. These classes are open to all girls and women and provides a safe, non-judgemental space to move and dance at your own pace with the lights turned low and the music turned up. The class does not teach structured dance moves, but encourages women and girls to move to their own rhythm (suitable for any skill level). When:
