Through Race to the Top funding, and in partnership with the Governor and Maryland State Department of Education, MBRT is developing the State’s STEM Innovation Network -- STEMnet.

During the 2010-11 school year, hundreds of MBRT volunteer speakers reached 35,000 middle and high school students across Maryland with inclassroom messages about planning their futures and the importance of hard work and rigorous coursework in preserving their options for college and careers.
