Mental health is just as important as physical health. Mental health often doesn’t get the attention that really deserves. It’s so important that affects our relationships, the way we feel, act, and how perceive life in general. Learning to balance physical and mental health is not an easy task but today is a good day to start, small changes make a huge impact. Some people might not enjoy leisure time thinking " I’m not being productive enough" but relaxing, eating that chocolate cake or watching the entire Marvel Collection movies in chronological order might help to boost your mood basically making time for yourself. We all struggle at times to find balance, but we now have access to a lot of resources that can help us to understand our minds and start a path to nourish our bodies and souls.

During the time of Spanish colonization, Guatemala was a Captaincy General and a part of New Spain, which is now Mexico. At a public meeting in Guatemala City on September 15, 1821, the Captaincy General of Guatemala, which included Chiapas, Guatemala, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Honduras, officially declared its independence from Spain.

Even though the country has had many political struggles and changes in power over the years, Guatemala Independence Day gives Guatemalans a chance to celebrate their freedom from Spanish rule and show the world different parts of Guatemalan culture.

Guatemala Independence Day is celebrated on September 15 every year. The day commemorates the independence of the region from Spanish rule. And while the full history of the events surrounding Guatemala’s independence is usually debated, the independence celebrations on this day are usually filled with colorful parades, concerts, and numerous civic campaigns. The local cuisines and beautiful Mayan designs on display during Guatemala Independence Day have become a major tourist attraction. The day presents the perfect opportunity to experience the full splendor of Guatemalan culture.

I have 3 names (Moises Eddy Alejandro) but everybody calls me "Moy" or "colocho".

I am a simple person, straight forward and honest, I believe in God but not at all in religion. I am father of the most beautiful girls in the whole world my twins Isabella and Sophia. I own a beagle lemon named Nala and I'm happily married to Gaby the only girl who attempted to live with me lol.

I enjoy a good cup of dark coffee no sugar of course and I certainly like to eat! a lot! my favorite food is black beans with cream and bread. I love to hike, love to ride my bicycle in the mountains of Sacatepequez and also in the city I also like running, climbing mountains and volcanoes.

I love music but actually melodic music not the things that you hear in the radio now... Cooking for my guests and asking if it was good is one of my hobbies, I love to travel and visit all the small places in Guatemala, therefore i have been in a large number of places in our country. I enjoy mechanics and engineering but mostly Cars, you can sit with me and speak for hours about cars and its engineering. I love to teach whichever the subject is.

I like to be called ¨Andre¨. I studied law in university and I'm 30 years old. I enjoy spending time with my friends and out and eat something tasty. I always like to find new places to eat, though I always ask for the same meal lol. My favorite food is Mexican. I like to cook and my food is delicious to be honest :sunglasses: my favorite drink is beer and coke zero.

I tend to seem very serious but I'm very cool with everyone when they take the time to get to know me.

In terms of sports, I like soccer a lot and I like to watch it and play it and I also enjoy doing Crossfit. I like to travel and my favorite pet is a dog but I also like cats. I have a kitty that's called afortiori.

My biggest phobia are snakes, I think I would be paralyzed if I ever see one or run into one in the wilderness.
