The tide in black sea didnt have much change. the maxium is 1m, however, there are some flood izzue from the Mountain to river. As the poposed is located at the mouth of the river, it will conside more han 1m tide level changing. also, the sand at the mouth of the river is change ever year by the river flow.

1.5 m above the river, semi open entrance, face the east. water level change subtlely. concrete walkway, with a still scound of river. facade left a gap opening to the black sea, face to the sun set.
