Special Help Housing Stability Bank
The Housing Stability Bank provides small grants and interest free loans to assist Londoners at risk of homelessness to obtain and retain their housing. Housing Stability Bank workers will be available to complete applications for assistance and provide information and referrals to community resources. In partnership with The Salvation Army Centre of Hope in cooperation with the City of London, London Hydro and Union Gas. All applications are completed by appointment only. Volunteers from the Community Volunteer Income Tax Program will help individuals with an income of less than $30,000 and couples with a combined income of less than $40,000, complete their income tax and benefit return.
