Splish Splash

1214 W Fond du Lac St

Ripon, WI 54971

920.748.6131

Shed

The original 100+ year-old shed on the south side of the house is where you’ll find some vacation necessities like a gas grill (never put away hot,) pudgie pie makers for the fire, and a few other items to compliment your stay. Please be very careful entering and exiting the shed.

Locking Doors

Please be sure to lock all doors when leaving for any reason, in the evenings, and at the end of your stay. The code provided will allow entry at any time during your stay.

House Guide

Firepit + Firewood

We have provided you with complimentary firewood. Never leave a campfire unattended; an adult should always supervise the campfire. Keep a bucket of water and shovel nearby. Never put anything but wood into the fire. Do not pull sticks out of the fire. Do not sit on the fire ring around the campfire.

Quiet Hour

Green Lake has a city-wide ordinance that prohibits loud noise after 10 p.m. More importantly, we like our neighbors, and we appreciate their understanding when it comes to renting out our home. To protect this relationship, we hope you’ll respect their desire for peaceful evenings. Please, no loud noise after 10 p.m.

Bugs

We realize ‘bugs’ is a terrible topic – but we want you to be prepared for a real lake experience. Due to the house’s proximity to the lake, bugs are common. To help reduce insects getting in the house, please be careful not to leave any doors or screens ajar. Bring bug spray to protect yourself when outdoors.

Closing the doors quickly is paramount to keeping a bug-free home.
