Can you find all the flock? A new sheep-themed art trail launched
Penistone is embracing a charming new art trail featuring whimsical sheep sculptures to captivate locals and visitors alike. Crafted by artist Michael Disley, these 11 woolly residents, fashioned from natural granite, can be found across town engaging in various activities, from cycling and roller-skating to football. The project pays homage to Penistone's rich heritage, rooted in centuriesold sheep sales, with the white-faced woodland breed known as Penistone sheep.
