The Nags Head at Loxley celebrates its 10th Anniversary
The Nags Head at Loxley celebrates its 10th anniversary as the Bradfield Brewery Tap and to mark the occasion they will be throwing a party on Saturday 11th August.
A grand total of £6183.21 was raised at this year’s Bradfield Tractor Rally which was organised by local young farmer Alice Hague and a team of volunteers. The event saw over 100 tractors rally along a route around Bradfield and the surrounding areas before finishing at The Nags Head for an afternoon of family fun. Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice was the nominated charity for the event, which was held in memory of local farmer David Helliwell who sadly passed away unexpectedly last summer.
Farmers Blueberry Ale is available now in nine-gallon casks and fivelitre mini kegs. A refreshing malty session ale, The Blueberry Ale is a summer version of the much loved Belgian Blue.
Regarding the King & Miller in Deepcar – “Work is well underway on a full refurbishment and a reopening date will be announced soon!” Bradfield Brewery are looking forward to welcoming customers from local and afar to enjoy a traditional pub with good grub and a selection of Farmers Ales on the bar!
