The Nags Head at Loxley celebrates its 10th anniversary The Nags Head at Loxley celebrates its 10th anniversary as the Bradfield Brewery Tap and to mark the occasion they will be throwing a party on Saturday 11th August. Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice was the nominated charity for the event, which was held in memory of local farmer David Helliwell who sadly passed away unexpectedly last summer.

From 3pm onwards there will be children’s entertainment, live music, bouncy castle & bungee run, face painting, hog roast and Farmers Ales at 2008 prices – just £1.80 a pint!

Farmers Blueberry Ale is available now in nine-gallon casks and fivelitre mini kegs. A refreshing malty session ale, The Blueberry Ale is a summer version of the much loved Belgian Blue. Regarding the King & Miller in Deepcar – “Work is well underway on a full refurbishment and a reopening date will be announced soon!” Bradfield Brewery are looking forward to welcoming customers from local and afar to enjoy a traditional pub with good grub and a selection of Farmers Ales on the bar!
