Woolley & Co Return on Investment of around 400% in Year 1, and 900% each subsequent year. In 2013 Woolley & Co were losing traffic and rank position to their competitors online, and as a result their monthly enquiry levels were dropping. For a business that relies almost 100% on its website and search traffic for its revenue, this was bad news.
Solutions Delivered Our SEO strategy for the new website was to combat that issue by turning the lawyers’ individual profile pages into landing pages, perfectly optimised to catch traffic for their local area. This strategy, as well as an extensively researched keyword and meta data process for the rest of the website too, is what has driven incredible new levels of traffic to the website.
Results Achieved Average monthly traffic to the website has increased by 10,000 unique visitors. And average monthly qualified leads to the website have more than doubled in comparison to the previous website. Proximity Recruitment Creating a brand fit for blue-chip prospects. Proximity Recruitment did not exist, or even have a name when we met their founder, Will. With a very well proven background in Digital Marketing Recruitment, Will had decided to go out on his own and create his own business. In a highly competitive market such as Digital Recruitment, the desire and need to create something truly special was clear.

Clearview Intelligence How the SmartCity we created for Clearview led to a 49% increase in qualified leads. Clearview intelligence create intelligent solutions that make journeys work. Their 40-year history is studded with invention and innovation, and every step has been instrumental in shaping the company you see today.
Solutions Delivered The Smart City in its most interactive form exists as a Custom Web Application, with Responsive variants for Desktop, Touch Screen, Tablet and Mobile devices. In addition, users can access the smart city via large-scale printed collateral, a full Trade Stand environment and the Smart City Info-Pack.
Results Achieved Clearview saw a massive 49% increase in qualified leads at the show. That’s 219 leads, many of which are worth well over £1/2 million each. Additionally, on the strength of this new approach, this one event generated a “Smart Parking” order with a UK Airport, the first phase of which is worth over £500K. This puts the project ROI at over 1900% based on just that one project win.

Alex Hospital How our customer acquisition campaign resulted in £1.2m sales revenue. The Alexandra Private Hospital in Chesterfield is a dedicated provider of cosmetic surgical and non-surgical treatments in the East Midlands and South Yorkshire region. They also offer state of the art cosmetic dental treatments at the Hospital’s Cosmetic Dental Centre.
Solutions Delivered LTF worked with Alexandra Hospital on a program of brand, web and marketing work spanning 2 years. The focus was lead generation for the clinics, and our chosen platform was Facebook. We built a multi-target, content-rich Facebook campaign, coupled with high quality landing pages and patient engagement processes.
Results Achieved Taking a data-led approach to a 6 month Facebook campaign for Alexandra Hospital, we were able to generate over 400 consultations for the clinic (representing revenue of £1.2 million in procedures). Sure-Track How we developed a sure-fire lead generation campaign for Sure-Track. LikeMinders How a bespoke business solution automated 80% of LikeMinders booking processes. LikeMinders is run by two mothers; Bryony Sullivan and Georgie Jones. When we first met Georgie & Bryony back in 2008, they were just about to launch their Child Minding agency, LikeMinders. We worked with them back then to create a logo, and a simple marketing website.

Specialising in Intellectual Property and Business Litigation, SingerBea is at the forefront of legal services in one of the world’s leading tech / business areas.
Solutions Delivered Working directly with the partners at SingerBea, LTF created a stunning brand refresh focused on the key values of Trust, Innovation and Results. We created a two-track brand identity, with a style guide for Corporate clients and in-court materials, and a style guide for smaller clients and marketing campaigns. This two-track approach allowed us and the client to have fun with the less formal / marketing brand, as can be seen in the promotional “swag” that was created.

MIDAS How we built MIDAS – a complete online job and customer management system. Phoenix County Metals is a unique business. Precious Metal Reclamation is the highly specialised chemical process of extracting precious metals from seemingly impossible materials and objects, and returning that value to the owners.
Solutions Delivered Following our well proven scoping process and technical specification, LTF was able to map out a system that would replace 30 years worth of paper and box files with a completely bespoke online job processing and customer communications application called MIDAS. Creating a fully mobile optimised web application, tailored from the ground up, allowed Phoenix to replace their paper systems within six months.
Results Achieved 24 months in with the new system and Phoenix have all but completed their succession planning to a new generation of management, and are growing the business with the help of the automation and digital systems we’ve delivered and continue to support.
