KHLOE’S ‘THERAPY’ WORKOUTS Showing off her newly-svelte frame in a figure-hugging dress, Khloé Kardashian was a vision in white at Jay-Z and Beyoncé’s Oscars after party. The 35 year old, who has admitted she was insecure growing up as she felt she was the “chubby sister”, first sought solace in exercise following her divorce from Lamar Odom in 2013, dropping 2½st – with her dramatic makeover leading to her own transformation TV show, Revenge Body, where she shared her slimming secrets. “I’m not seeking revenge on one particular person,” she said. “It’s revenge on life and being the best me. Working out is the best form of therapy.” She has recently got back into the swing of her strict diet and exercise regime – after admitting her weight “plateaued” following the birth of her 20-month old daughter True – and is happily flaunting her freshly gym-honed physique. In January, the size-8 reality star shared an inspirational gym selfie on Instagram, discouraging her 104 million followers from setting “unrealistic” goals and advising them to take “slow and steady baby steps” when it comes to weight loss, adding, “It’s a lifestyle.” To maintain her killer physique, Khloé reportedl exercises six days a week, mixing cardio with strength training. She’s also enlisted the help of celebrity nutritionist Dr Philip Goglia, who has put her on a seven-small-meals-a day plan, rich in fish, fresh fruit and vegetables, while Khloé in 2008 cutting out dairy, sugar, fizzy drinks and bread. 46

JESSICA’S FAT-BURNING WALKS She’s renowned for her yo-yo dieting, but Jessica Simpson is now looking sexier and slimmer than ever – and it seems calorie counting and bursts of intense exercise are to thank for her toned figure. After tipping the scale at 17st, the 38-yearold mum of three shed 7st last year, slimming down in just six months after the birth of her third child, Birdie Mae, in March. The singer and actress – who prioritised walking and a protein-packed diet to shape up – revelled in her slimming success, saying, “So proud to feel like myself again. When it felt impossible, I worked harder.” She’s kept the weight off with resistance training and short bursts of cardio four times a week, as well as following Weight Watchers’ calorie-counting plan and eating more grilled fish, fruits and vegetables. It’s believed one of her go-to diet weapons is her daily drill of walking 12,000 steps. It’s a habit she started with her trainer, Harley Pasternak. Recently, Harley said of the star’s overhaul, “After being non-stop pregnant for as long as I can remember, Jess is down 7st and looks younger today than when we met 12 years ago.” The 5ft2 star has been open about her struggle with her weight, revealing in her new memoir Open Book that she’d been takin diet pills since she was 17. After her iconic role in 2005 film The Dukes Of Hazzard, she gained 5st during her first pregnancy with daughter Maxwell, no seven, with her husband, ex-NFL star Eric Johnson. After giving And after welcoming so birth to Ace, now six, Jessica said, Maxwell in 2012 “I kind of let loose, and I gained a lot.”
