Miranda Beaudry - #89 Maple Ridge

I had an excellent customer service experience at the Maple Ridge Lordco location yesterday and thought you should be aware of it. I called Lordco yesterday in a rush as my son had broken down in his car. I described to Miranda (I think that was the woman's name) roughly (very roughly) the replacement part I needed. After a few polite and incisive questions she knew exactly the part I needed. She located the part quickly and put it aside for me. I zoomed to Lordco and, while waiting in the queue, Miranda noticed I was eyeing the part (which was on her desk). Without breaking effective contact with the customer she was serving she motioned for me to come forward and get the part. I was on my way in minutes. Miranda provided excellent customer service yesterday. She was personable, good humoured, and effective. She's a star!

Ted usually is working on the weekends, and usually every weekend he helps me with parts, and more importantly, comes up with options and solutions for me, Ted is always happy, helpful, and punctual with his follow through with parts and information.

Just a quick note of praise for Raymond Callender. I came to Lordco on Friday to purchase parts. I was completely out of my element as I had never done this before. I just wanted to say I really appreciated the time Ray committed to teaching me about brake parts, pricing and brands. Laura-Lee and Zachary - #42 Lake Country

Hopefully this is the right way to reach out and say thank you! Just wanted to send a HUGE thank you to Laura-Lee and Zac in your Winfield location. Laura-Lee went above and beyond to help us find a correct caliper and then one was defective she made sure that we were taken care of, and quickly! New one arriving the next morning! And a second shout out to Zac who was also helpful in the situation and always greets customers with a smiling face. Great job guys! Keep it up :)
