Well I am what everyone would like to call an Ohio Redkneck, who grew up in the middle of a cornfield and dreamed of getting the hell out of Clyde at the first oppurtunity. Which is what I did when I joined the Air Force. The Air Force trained me to be an Electronics Tech on Mobile Tactical Satellite Communications equipment. I was assigned to the 52nd Combat Comm Squadron at Robins AFB, GA. From there I got to see the world, or at least the crappy parts of the world. Keflavik, Iceland, Sondestrom, Greenland,Dhahran, Riyadh, and Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. During this lovely time I spent about 8 months or so participating in Desert Shield/Desert Storm. I can only say that the Air Force opened a world of oppurtunities for me. I was able to go to college. I met a ton of great people, including my wife and all of the guys I worked with, including Jim Miller, Joe Dobrzanski, Mark Brumbaugh, the list would go on and on!! From there I went and got my Civil Engineer
