Atelier Jonathan Sergison • Housing in Biel
Low Rise, High Density The developed urban grid has been the result of a study based on the prexisting site condition, compared to a regular grid, which adapts to the city and lakefront edges. The faรงades reveal two characters: a more tectonic and public on the external one, in contrast with the private and domestic atmosphere in the courtyard.

Jesus Cleanses the Temple. The semester has started analyzing a biblical text and consequently, developing a project. The study on this text led on shopping mall typology.

Atelier Aires Mateus • Winery Sulcis
A winery in Sulcis A non hierarchical free and open space, hosts the winery production areas. The whole area is overlaid by a 50 by 50 meters roof, bordering the working space. Spaces that need climate control are arranged in archetypal houses, able to be the main structural element, holding the roof above.

Diploma Jonathan Sergison • Seasonal Workers Housing and Clubhouse Sankt Moritz
Seasonal Workers Housing The Diploma project, developed in St. Moritz, Engadine, had to confront with a growing social class: seasonal workers. The complex leads to merge such an ephimera status quo, related to this luxury holiday spot, whit the everyday life of the real propeller of the whole tourism engine in St. Moritz. The living place becomes thus a real “home” able to host the seasonal worker’s needs and comfort.
