What is a Style Guide?
A style guide is a set of standards for the writing and design of documents, either for general use or for a specific publication, organization, or field. A style guide establishes and enforces style to improve communication.
About Us
Manchester Community College is a fully accredited comprehensive community college offering associate degrees and certificates in more than 60 degree and certificate programs, including art and design, automotive technology, business, construction technologies, education, healthcare and liberal arts.
Whether you’re just out of high school, changing your career, re-starting the degree you began years ago, or just taking a course, Manchester Community College has a place for you! With the most affordable tuition in New Hampshire, flexible schedules to meet the needs of working students, and located right on the Manchester bus line, we’re ready to help you achieve your educational goals.
As a comprehensive community college, MCC’s courses transfer to four-year colleges and universities in NH and across the U.S. Through our many articulation agreements with four-year colleges, you can plot the path to your bachelor degree before you complete your associate degree at MCC!
Since our beginning in 1945 as a school for returning veterans, MCC has also created partnerships with the businesses and nonprofits in the Greater Manchester area that have opened opportunities for experiential learning for our students. Every year, MCC students participate in internships (paid and unpaid), co-ops, clinical rotations and service-learning projects that allow them to put their newly acquired skills to work.
Being responsive to the diverse communities we serve, our mission at MCC is to be an accessible, student-centered, comprehensive community college that promotes and fosters the intellectual, cultural, and economic vibrancy of our region. Our vision is to be the leading community college that empowers students and inspires their success through exceptional and innovative education.
