Where do you find inspiration?
I believe that we each need to be our own biggest motivators, however I draw constant inspiration from the beauty of being outdoors and keeping positive and driven people within my close circle.
Why are you so passionate about Active Living?
I believe that our physical body is so strongly connected to our mental state. When we strengthen our body, we are also strengthening our mind. Moving and caring for my body is so engrained in me these days that I can’t imagine a day without it.
Move: To get outdoors and run, swim, surf, hike AND stretch whenever I can. To engage in as many different types of movement as possible!
Nourish: I want to fuel my body with the most nutritious foods so that I can be healthy and happy from the inside out.
Believe: Write down my goals and read them out to myself every day. When you put your goals on paper, you take them out of your head and you bring them into the real world.

You’re an inspiration to so many, who inspires you? My husband! He is someone who works so incredibly hard and inspires me every day. He absolutely adores his clients and helping others. He taught me that it doesn’t matter where you come from or what you don’t have, it’s all got to do with heart. It’s so true that the most incredibly successful people have the most interesting history, proving to all that ANYONE can reach their goals.
How important is Active Living to you? Sanity & living a stress free life is my goal, and in order to do so I have to live a life caring for my health. That incorporates staying active, nourishing my body correctly and remaining positive. I want to provide my family, my friends, my staff, my clients and my followers with the BEST example possible of why I do what I do... and that is to successfully live stress free and happy.
Move: I will get up earlier to ensure I do not miss my morning HIIT class, to start my day off feeling energized from the session completed.
Nourish: I will prep my food every Sunday, “no excuses” to ensure I am able to consume healthy meals with my busy lifestyle.
Believe: I will run 1km (on Saturday) for every session I miss during the week to make myself accountable for my actions.

It is my absolute number one priority. For me, it’s non-negotiable because without good health, we have nothing.

What inspires you the most? I’m really inspired by the power of choice. We each have the choice to be our best self every day, to be grateful and to set our own goals. To me, that is so inspiring.
How important is your health to you? Being fit and having a body that can do what you need it to is a big part of your overall wellbeing and ultimately, your overall happiness. When your body feels strong and grounded, it’s easier for your mind to feel that way too. Healthiness equals happiness.

You are both an inspiration to so many women, who do you look to for inspiration? As sisters we really motivate each other. If there is a day when one of us isn’t feeling as motivated, we can count on each other to lift the other up. We are also fortunate enough to have Felicia’s husband Sebastian as our coach. He is one of the worlds best strength coaches and always ensures we get our sessions in and are on track to achieving our goals.
What do you love most about what you do?
Helping our clients. We are inspired everyday by the women that we have the opportunity to coach and we couldn’t imagine doing anything other than what we are doing. We are so passionate about health and fitness and we want to help as many people as we can to be as happy, healthy, fit, strong and confident as possible and we are able to that daily with our work, which is such an amazing and totally satisfying feeling.
Move: Weights! Our training consists of a combination of strength and circuit style training, which we believe is the perfect synergy for a fit, healthy and strong body.
Nourish: We’re so passionate about maintaining good nutrition and consistent training and can’t go past a delicious smoothie post workout to help repair and replenish our muscles.
Believe: Your body really is your temple so we make sure to always be kind to ourselves and always treat our mind, body and soul with love and respect.

What drives you every day to do what you do?
I am driven to help my clients understand the science of nutrition in a digestible way so they feel empowered to nourish their body. In a time when nutrition can be confusing, a light livable structure allows my clients to ditch the food anxiety and find food freedom.
What are your favourite ways to Move, Nourish and Believe?
My favourite way to move, nourish and believe is through community. Tapping into the energy of a yoga or spin class is a way to move and nourish myself physically while also helping to create a community. Helping others build a healthy lifestyle makes me believe in my purpose, nourishes my self-esteem and gives me momentum to continue to do and be my best self.
