ACTIVE NATION DAY Sunday 29th September Active Nation Day is a Lorna Jane initiative created to get the world focused on their health and wellness. As global obesity and preventable disease rates continue to rise, we knew we needed to take action. We started Active Nation Day because we strongly believe that we all take a moment to recognise and prioritise our health, as individuals, as a community and as a nation. That’s why each year Active Nation Day is celebrated in more than 17 countries – as a day to prioritise our health and wellbeing and to be active together. Our aim is to get everyone around the world moving together on Active Nation Day, because one person can make a difference, but when we move together, we can change the world!
