Landscaping Foreman Assistant Job Description (approximately) April - mid-December: Full-time Lotus Gardenscapes is seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to fill a full-time, seasonal (8-8.5 month) Foreman’s Assistant position. We’re looking for someone with experience leading a crew and who enjoys helping coordinate project logistics & being actively involved in tool organization and training crew members. Please visit our website for more information: www.lotusgardenscapes.com Practical Skills • 2-3 years minimum practical experience at a landscape company • Practical experience with both hardscape and plant installation • 1-2 experience as a crew leader with site management experience • Must have good hardscape installation experience w/ pavers, natural stone patios, landscape block, and natural stone retaining walls • Must have layout skills, know how to use a laser level and be able to measure off a scaled design drawing • Plant identification. Masonry, and carpentry skill are a plus • Must be knowledgeable and precise with power tools (emphasis on paver and cut-off saws, dingo and bobcat operation, laser levels) • This is a physically demanding position. Applicants must be able to lift heavy objects and Be able to sustain heavy level a of physical activity every day.
