Landscaping + Woodworking Foreman Job Description (approximately) April - mid-December: Full-time Lotus Gardenscapes is seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to fill a full-time, seasonal (8-8.5 month) foreman position. This position requires a high level of organization, good technical skills with hardscapes and detailed woodwork skills and the ability to plan logistics for complex projects. Please visit our website for more information: www.lotusgardenscapes.com Practical Skills • 4-5 years minimum practical experience emphasizing wood work, building decks, fences and arbors and also with stone and block retainingwalls and patios • 2-3 years minimum experience as a crew leader building decks and wood structures and landscapes with site management experience • Must have deck design and framing plan experience and a preferably a current builders license as well as layout skills and blueprint reading • Must be knowledgeable and precise with power tools • Prefer candidate with experience working with pavers, landscape block, and natural stone • This is a physically demanding position. Applicants must be able to lift heavy objects and be able to sustain heavy level a of physical activity every day.
