Topics that will be covered in nail schools are going to be how to cut them down to size, shaping, appropriate application, ways to remove them and better preservation. Acrylic nails may have many advantages and disadvantages that a manicurist should know about. Some clients will love having stronger nails that are simple to paint, while other clients won't be so keen on them looking “fake." Nail Tips Nail tips have grown to be a form of art in some manicurist circles. You can attach the acrylic tips to the natural nail, and they will then be painted in several designs and patterns. The acrylic nail tips are a mixture of liquid and powder resin forming a paste, smoothed, dried, and hardened into a natural looking nail. The new dry nail will be further filed and buffed by the manicurist, and polish with either a brush or airbrush can then be applied. Airbrushing is usually used to apply a design or to produce French tips. Repairs And Nail Wraps Using nail wraps and other methods, the manicurist will be taught how to repair broken nails.
