Artistry & Strategy The Lovestruck team approaches all events with equal parts artistry, strategy, and preparation. We work diligently to acquire a true understanding of our clients to help define their personal vision for their wedding day. We begin by discussing the couple’s tangible and intangible wedding priorities followed by in-depth conversations about the mood and energy the client wants to create for their guests. This information guides the entire planning and design process. Comprehensive Design Plan Using unmatched creative strategy, Candace translates the wedding vision into a tactile design plan within the parameters set by the client (guest count, venue selection, budget). The design plan covers all visual elements of the ceremony,
cocktail hour, and reception— including but not limited to invitation suite, cake design, wedding party attire, tablescapes, and lighting. This cohesive and comprehensive design plan results in an inviting and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere.
Customized Production Lastly, the design is finalized with the client’s feedback before shifting into production. Design elements are sourced from the vendor team, and special design projects are created in-house to add unique and imaginative details to our clients’ events.

As wedding planners, we provide logistical management, develop detailed timelines, negotiate contracts and make sure every vendor understand our client’s vision for their wedding. It would add unneeded stress for a bride if we introduced possible gaps in scheduling and/or contract issues in the weeks before the big day. For these reasons, we do not offer partial coordination.

Do I need to hire a wedding planner if my venue has a coordinator? Many venues advertise that they come with a wedding planner, but that title can be a little misleading. The number one misconception is that site coordinators and banquet managers work for you. The reality is that they are hired by the venue to perform tasks that allow them to make sure that the event runs smoothly on behalf of the venue. They are not hired to assist you in your overall wedding decision and design process. A site coordinator’s main responsibilities involve keeping track of time during your

Planners on the other hand, are with you every step of the way from the moment we meet to the moment you walk down the aisle.
