COURSE MATERIALS

PDF course materials will be made available online approximately one week prior to the conference. You may print or download the materials. To view the materials electronically during the conference, we suggest that you download the materials to a laptop in advance as we cannot guarantee internet access or electrical outlets. A hard copy of the course materials may

be purchased for $75. Pre-ordered hard copies of materials will be distributed on check-in at the conference.

PARKING

The hotel offers free parking for conference attendees.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation requests must be made in writing, by email, fax or U.S. Mail and received by our office no later than 4:30 p.m. November 2, 2018 to receive a refund less a $50 administrative fee.
