Day 3 Clarifying and Organizing The importance of clarifying tasks. The Two-Minute Rule: When to do it now and when to defer. Contexts and Next Actions: How to determine what to work on next. Organizing tasks in a trusted system. Creating lists and project plans. Practical exercises for clarifying and organizing tasks.

Day 4 Reviewing and Reflecting The Weekly Review: A crucial GTD practice. How to conduct a productive weekly review. Goal setting and long-term planning with GTD. Practical exercises for reviewing and reflecting. Tips for maintaining a GTD system. Handling priorities and deadlines effectively.
