Bac Lieu Province, the largest salt producer in the Mekong Delta, has many large rice fields and fertile land, which make a good condition for fruit tree planting. 1 The province has a 56-km coastline and a 5,000-ha protective forest which is most favourable for marine ecotourism, three large estuaries, and a large fishing field of over 40,000 km2 diversified with valuable aquatic species of shrimp, squid, and fish.

The repayment of this financing will be agreed between the Fund and
the Bank, which will extend the bank guarantees previously agreed with the stakeholder.
