Communication On larger projects, specifications set in the design often slowly erode further into the supply chain leading to a dilution of standards, and potential non-compliance.

Each project is unique and to ensure you achieve supply chain targets for cost and quality and time, early and effective communication is vital. This begins on day one with the Vendor Management Framework through dialog with you and your subcontractors to establish best practice for ensuring the correct standards are communicated and adhered to throughout the supply chain.

Utilising this framework LR embeds itself in your supply chain. This ensures early and consistent communication via a bespoke online reporting tool to provide up-to-date information on LR’s certification progress, including design appraisal and inspection progress.
