Series of off-the-grid privet cabins in Karelia Region. The project is eco-friendly and cost-effective proposals for an easily- constructible and -replicable 2-5 squre meters place that could be sited in a series of forested locations. The cabins are intended to provide users which a calm space to meditate while surrounded by the sounds of nature.
5
Russia is over 70 percent forested and home to a diverse ecosystem, which includes storks, otters, beavers, lynx, wolves, deer, wild boar, elk, and red fox. The Karelia Region estate is dense in natural resources, with as many as 50 species of herbal plant life per square meter. It is located 850 km from Mosow, Russia, immersed in the forest and alongside lakes. Karelia hosts summer camps to get the experience to live with the nature.
SILENT SOLO CABIN
PROJECT 1 I propose a series of cabins that have the capacity to: provide privet place to a single person for several hours; to ensure operational in summer seasons; to include small place for books; to incorporate alternative lighting options.
Try to integrate within the forest and sensitivity to the environment. A range of ideas were submitted for cabins that have the capacity to interact with the forest in a variety of ways. This project focused on designs for compact spaces integrated within nature.

The wooden frame structure of the cabin is light and easy to build. All the weight of the structure is caried the ground, but it doesn’t need any foundations or support. This minimal footprint leaves on ground and plannts untougched. The concerns of the solo cabin are supported by diagonal beams, that make the structure rigid. All the building materials can be prefabricated and due the small size structure, it can easely transported to the site.

A single module is assembled from elements made of recycled materials. It accommodates a family of four and provides its inhabitants with everything needed.
The modules are combined and shipped on floating pontoons. These constructions float into the sea, and their inhabitants live autonomously, growing vegetables, fishing and collecting garbage for sale.
When modules, loaded with fish and garbage return back to the shore, the protons are removed, and the modules are set into concrete constructions, from now serving as stationary dwellings.

PHILO SOPHY MUSEUM
THE MUSEUM OF PHILOSOPHY The project of the first “Museum of Philosophy” in the world, dedicated to the 300th anniversary of Immanuel Kant (phisolophier). Modern society is faced with a crisis of positive development ideas. The creation of the cultural crisis of modern civilization is associated with the search for new ideological and philosophical foundations. In this regard, new ideas of positive development are being formed. The project would become one of the symbols for the formation of the positive ideas in the Future, a center for international philosophical and worldview research, and world tourism interest.

SWOT ANALYSIS
PARIS. XIX ARRONDISSEMENT
Earlier, the 19th Arrondissement of Paris was considered very dysfunctional. And now - this is a good, modern area of Paris. Gardens were built along the Canal Saint-Martin, modern houses were built. Bohemians and the bourgeoisie live here, play petanque, go boating and enjoy life. You can try along with them, just avoid hotels near the East Station or bordering the 20th district (along Belleville boulevard). The XIX Arrondissement of Paris is an area that is an example of the restoration of the urban environment. Locals prefer to relax here with the whole family on the embankment of the Urka Canal. There is a bike path to La Villette Park. The XIX Arr. includs the museum center «Town of Science and Industry» and concert venues. In another well-groomed Buttes-Chaumont park, you can enjoy waterfalls and city views. The Cent Quatre Cultural Center, with trendy cafes and contemporary art exhibitions, is also located in the area.

BREWERY VISIT CENTER GREENHOUSES Vapors that come from the production of the “Lakinskoe beer” will be used to keep greenhouses. The greenhouse is on the first floor. Growing products will be further used in restaurants and cafes, which are located in the factory building.
AMPHITHEATER The amphitheater connects two wings of the visit center (the shopping, entertainment and information platform). It is not only a connecting link, but also will be an entertainment place to visitors of the Lakinsk factory.
L A N D S C A P E The creation of benches will unite people not only in the building of the visit center, but also in the surrounding area. I would like to create such a space that will attract residents and visitors of the city of Lakinsk, as well as attract tourists who are traveling to the city of Vladimir and Moscow.
