Registration Detail Options

Registration Deadline: Friday, January 10, 2014 Early registration is encouraged as space is limited, and hunts are reserved on a first-come/first-serve basis.

Half Day Hunt

$290

Includes a Doublehead hat, guide, dogs, snacks, entry into the trap shooting contest, and the cleaning and packing of your birds.

Overnight Accommodations

$242/Per Cabin/Per Night

A limited number of overnight accommodations are available on a first-come/first-serve basis. A light breakfast will be available at Doublehead for all those staying overnight. Friday Evening Networking Reception & Dinner

All hunters are invited to attend a networking dinner Friday night, January 24, as well as breakfast and lunch Friday and Saturday.

The casual dinner will be an all-inclusive held at Doublehead.

Trap Shooting

Doublehead has a five-stand sporting clay range which includes several fully automatic, electronically-controlled traps and tower.

The clay range will be open throughout the event. Clays are free to all participants.

Contributions to the LSCU FEDPAC are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. Contributions are strictly voluntary and you have the right to refuse to contribute without reprisal. Federal election law requires us to report the name, address, occupation and name of employer for individuals who contribute $200 or more in a calendar year. All non-sponsorship dollars must be personal funds.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Event sponsors will receive considerable recognition in the pre-event advertising as well as throughout the event, according to the level of sponsorship. All sponsors, however, will receive the following: company logo on event signage, recognition provided on invitations and registration forms, networking opportunity with guests, and the opportunity to display promotional items at event registration table. Sponsorship deadline is November 30, 2013.

Meal Sponsor

$3,500

Hunters will be served breakfast, lunch, and dinner Friday night along with breakfast and lunch on Saturday. This will allow participants the opportunity to socialize and network without having to leave Doublehead. This sponsorship includes all of the sponsorship benefits plus access to the guest list and four half day hunts.

Trap Shooting Sponsor

$2,000

This sponsorship includes the sponsorship benefits plus one ½ day quail hunt. This sponsorship also includes exclusive signage at the sporting clays lodge.

Door Prize Sponsor LSCU Quail Hunt welcomes door prize sponsorships. We will provide your company with recognition as the donor of the door prize.
