Pirton Grange provides a safe, comfortable, and supportive home environment with access to round-the-clock clinical care and support.
Our personalised and flexible approach means that we adapt our support and provide aids that help to overcome mobility, sensory and environmental barriers
We are able to support all genders over the age of 18
Our nursing team provide care to adults of all ages with a variety of care needs, specialising in Huntington’s disease, Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), physical disabilities and mental health needs
The team offers structured rehabilitation programmes and positive support through our in-house Physiotherapists

Pirton Grange's clinical care is provided by Registered Nurses and is aimed at supporting individuals with long term health and medical conditions which require clinical monitoring and support
The Registered Nurses are trained to identify symptoms and changes to residents’ conditions ensuring a proactive approach to all aspects of each person ’ s care
To ensure the clinical needs of residents are met Pirton Grange provides two healthcare professionals during the day, and one during the night
In addition, we have a designated clinical management team who provide support and oversight of all aspects of care
Our clinical management team consists of two Clinical Managers ensuring 7 days per week clinical management support
The clinical team works alongside the Registered Care Manager to ensure safe, personalised, and responsive care is provided to all residents living at Pirton Grange
The needs of the people that we support are at the heart of everything that we do We work hard to ensure that the care and support we provide meets every person ’ s needs, abilities, preferences, and lifestyle
The service also has a designated Activities Coordinator who is responsible for delivering & arranging activities for individuals living at Pirton Grange, providing a stimulating environment to meet their emotional, social, physical & intellectual needs
Both buildings are designed to account for the levels of needs and compatibility for each resident, ensuring that socialisation and independence opportunities are maximised, with a focus on person-centred care and support
At Pirton, we treat our residents the way we would expect to be treated. We are passionate about supporting people to be as independent as possible - the most rewarding thing for the team is seeing the people we support happy!
Our facilities Our lovely gardens are home to a vegetable patch, outdoor games, a lit courtyard, a sensory garden, as well as a donkey which everyone loves to go visit
Pirton Grange consists of two buildings, The Orchard and Pirton House Within The Orchard there are 4 corridors with individual bedrooms each with an ensuite toilet
As well as beautiful accommodation that residents are encouraged to personalise to reflect their preferences and personalities, we also have extensive grounds
Our vast grounds offer plenty of chances for recreation and enjoying beautiful views
Each corridor provides access to communal lounges, offering opportunity for socialisation and relaxation as well as access to communal bathrooms
Pirton House consists of its own self-contained fully functioning kitchen and communal lounge, with ensuite bedrooms on the first floor which can be accessed by lift for those who require it
