6.7 Personal Leadership and Management Development Aims This unit aims to enable the learner to develop own personal leadership and management skills to support the achievement of own and organisational objectives. To achieve the standards for this unit, learners will be required to identify their own skills development needs for leadership and management based on real evidence.
