In order to achieve this unit the learner will need to demonstrate a full understanding of the concepts of leadership and management and the difference between them. Learners will need to evaluate the role and usefulness of teams within organisations. The work must be illustrated with exemplar material from research and from the learner’s practical experience in employment, as a learner and from working in teams.
