Unit Aims This unit will support learners develop their innovative managing and leadership skills to develop innovation for public service reform. Learner will develop skills and critically analyse strategies to manage change, innovation, issues and challenges for the public sector reform.
Learning Outcomes and Assessment Criteria Learning Outcomes – the learner will: 1. Be able to examine trends of innovation in the public sector.
