SOLUTION
PROBLEM
DISCONNECTED NETWORK
ARGUMENT HOW TO MAKE BETTER CONNECTIONS FOR INSTITUTIONAL FACILITIES?
SOLUTION
Introducing Commercial and Recreational facilities in the neighboring sites and Recreational activities in the Zoo it self, can act as a catalyst for the Zoo.
On a larger scale, the educational facilities, including the neighboring schools and Southern University can be drawn into the site through strategic networking and connections.

PROBLEM SOCIAL DIVIDE
ARGUMENT HOW TO GENERATE JOB OPPORTUNITIES?
ARGUMENT HOW TO BRIDGE THE SOCIAL DIVIDE AND CREATE A MORE DESIRABLE LOCATION?
SOLUTION
SOLUTION
Introduction of Commercial and Retail would provide job opportunities for people in the low income neighborhoods around.
This new development would also provide a platform for Bridging the Social Divide which would eventually help in making the Zoo and the context a more desirable location for Baker, Southern University as well as Baton Rouge.
