ANNOUNCEMENTS Public address announcements other than birthday announcements are restricted to emergency situations only and must be requested through LSU Police at (225) 578-3231. Fans may submit birthday announcements to a member of the LSU Marketing Staff. ARTIFICIAL NOISE-MAKERS Southeastern Conference rules do not permit artificial noise-makers to be brought into or used in the stadium. Anyone found violating this policy is subject to ejection. BANNERS, POLES AND SIGNS Banners and signs may not be hung in Tiger Park except as approved by LSU. Approved banners and signs must be removed after each game. Poles are not permitted in Tiger Park. BEVERAGE POLICY (ALCOHOL) The possession or consumption of alcohol in Tiger Park is expressly prohibited by University policy. Stadium personnel and law enforcement officials will enforce this policy. CAMERAS Flash photography is not permitted in Tiger Park. All photos taken in Tiger Park must be for editorial or personal use only and cannot be used for commercial purposes. Video cameras are not permitted in Tiger Park except for the working news media. CLEAR BAG POLICY Only CLEAR tote bags smaller than 12” x 6” x 12”, 1-gallon plastic freezer bags or small handheld clutch purses (no larger than 4”x6”) are allowed. Items may not be stored at or near the entrances. All items left unattended will be removed and discarded. ALL bags will be searched. DIAMOND BACKERS The Diamond Backers are the official support group of LSU softball. This support plays a significant role as we strive to achieve team and program goals each and every day. Your membership will support a program that aims to build better student-athletes, leaders and ultimately people. This growth gives LSU Softball an opportunity to maintain national prominence, contend for the SEC title, and ultimately, repeat trips to the Women’s College World Series. One Main Entrance located behind left field. The Ticket Office is also located at this entrance for purchasing tickets and will call. The second entrance is located behind center field. Only full tickets will be accepted at this entrance. The gate behind right field by the Clubhouse is a CREDENTIAL ONLY service gate

and may not be accessed by the public before, during or after the game. EVENT STAFF Landmark Event Staffing Services provides crowd management and event staffing services for LSU Athletics and special events, as well as other events in the Louisiana region. Landmark is seeking fan-friendly individuals to assist in providing LSU guests with a fantastic experience! In order to be considered for employment, applicants must be 18 years of age or older, and must be able to pass a criminal background check. FIRST AID For the safety of fans in Tiger Park, Acadian Ambulance personnel will be located in Section 202. If you need assistance or are with someone who does, contact the nearest law enforcement officer, or member of the LSU Event Staff. FOOD/BEVERAGE Concession stands are located on the 1st and 3rd base sides of the concourse. No outside food or beverages are permitted in Tiger Park. GAME PROGRAMS Programs are available FREE of charge at all Tiger Park concession stands, the merchandise area and at the main entrance. If you are interested in advertising in LSU’s Gameday programs in any sport, contact LSU Sports Properties at (225) 578-7571. HANDICAPPED PATRONS Parking is available behind left field next to the Main Entrance. Handicap Tickets are available in Sections 201 & 207. INCLEMENT WEATHER Per NCAA regulations, play will be terminated when lightning strikes are detected within a 8-mile radius of Tiger Park. If a game is delayed because of inclement weather a reasonable amount of time (not less than 30 minutes) must elapse before the game is called. A regulation called game shall be declared by the plate umpire if, after five or more innings have been completed, he or she terminates play. Electronic detection devices and National Weather Services will be used to determine the severity of the weather. If a game has been delayed due to severe weather, fans will be asked to exit the park and their ticket stub may be used for re-entry. LOST AND FOUND Items found during the game will be held in the Press Box until the game concludes then turned over to LSU Police. Items found during clean-up will be turned over to LSU Police at the Public Safety Building on South Stadium Drive. Call (225) 578-3231 to ask if your item has been turned in.

LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS For information on lost or stolen tickets, contact the LSU Athletic Ticket Office at (225) 578-2184. Get the latest news, scores, schedules and rosters from all 21 teams. In addition, live stats are available for selected sports including LSU Softball. The LSUsports Mobile app also features LSUsports. net Live, live audio streaming of LSU Sports Radio Network broadcasts. MERCHANDISE A merchandise store is located in Tiger Park on the concourse level behind home plate. PARKING FREE parking is available in Lots 406 & 407 and the Levee & Hayfield Lots. Motor Homes are encouraged to park in Lot 406 behind center field. Permanent restrooms and a grass area for tailgating are available in this lot. Reserved motor home parking is not available. All motor home parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. The paved lot behind the LSU Clubhouse is a secure lot for permits ONLY. PETS Pets are not permitted in Tiger Park with the exception of documented service animals. RE-ENTRY TO STADIUM Anyone leaving the stadium must have their ticket scanned upon exiting in order to return to the stadium. SPORTSMANSHIP The throwing of objects from the stands is strictly prohibited and is cause for immediate ejection. Also, fans may not go onto the playing field at any time before, during or after games. SMOKING Smoking and the use of all tobacco products on the LSU Campus is prohibited. This prohibition applies to all individuals while on the LSU Campus, including faculty, staff, students, administrators, contractors, and visitors. Tobacco Products: any and all forms of tobacco, including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, pipes, smokeless tobacco, snuff, and chewing tobacco, as well as electronic cigarettes and any other product which is used to deliver nicotine by means of smoke or vapor. This does not include any FDA-approved product or device intended to assist the user to stop smoking or using tobacco products. STADIUM SECURITY Visitors to Tiger Park may be subject to search. With heightened security now a way of life, LSU will do everything possible to provide a secure

environment for its fans. Please be cooperative with our security officials during your visit to Tiger Park. They are there for your safety. STANDING ROOM ONLY TICKETS A Standing Room Only (SRO) ticket allows a fan entry into Tiger Park but does not guarantee a seat in any section of the stadium. The Tiger Terrace behind left field is the only General Admission/SRO area in Tiger Park. TAILGATING POLICIES Help us keep your campus clean by bagging your trash and using recycling containers. Tents may not be larger than 10’ by 10’ and may not be staked into the ground. Fans using a tent or canopy over the tailgate of a vehicle should keep travel lanes open for vehicle traffic and should not take up space in other parking spaces. Tents may not be used to save parking spaces. It is the responsibility of each tailgate party to secure tailgate items prior to entering the stadium. Tailgaters should lock food, beverages and valuables out of sight in vehicles; extinguish all fires or flames; unplug electrical outlets; secure barbecue pits, chairs, and ice chests; and store beverages in locked containers. TICKETS Fans ages 3 and above must present a ticket for admission to Tiger Park. Individual game softball tickets go on sale late January/early February. The cost of a home game softball ticket ranges from $3 to $7. All phone and internet orders are subject to applicable service fees. TICKET OFFICE The ticket office at Tiger Park is located at the Main Entrance near left field and will open 1 ½ hours prior to each softball game. The LSU Athletic Ticket Office is located on the first floor of the Athletic Administration Building on the corner of Nicholson Drive and North Stadium Drive, in the west parking lot of Tiger Stadium. The office is open weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. UMBRELLAS Umbrellas are only permitted on the top row of stadium sections and may not impede the sightlines of any fans. WILL-CALL The will-call window for tickets is located at the Tiger Park Ticket Office near left field and will open 1 ½ hours prior to every home game until the bottom of the 4th inning. Only the person whose name is on the ticket order may pick up the tickets. A photo ID is required for all will-call orders.
