ICON 2017 Recap
The 2017 Key Club International Convention was held in the beautiful city of San Antonio, Texas. While at the convention, I received further training for my position, information on ways to help our preferred charities, and reviewed many important aspects and values of Key Club. Also during ICON, NJ’s very own Steven Gandley was awarded the Key of Honor. The Key of Honor is the highest Key Club award. Congratulations Mr. Gandley! Lastly, during ICON there were 31 candidates from all over Key Club’s 34 Districts running for International Trustee. One out of the eleven that were elected for the position was Rohan Mekala from JP Stevens High School in Division 14. Congratulations Rohan, best of luck!
