RDLC (AKA PIRATES) When Apple started they were known as the “Pirates of Silicon Valley” Like them, we can change the status quo through collaborative learning, virtuous improvement and predictive assessment. Our members will continue to take market share from the “war story warriors”, the “also rans” and the “industry dinosaurs”. We believe we are the “Best in class” collective, where the advice and information you are given from your fellow members can be taken to the bank!

FORUMS AND LUNCH EVENTS The chance to meet peers, share ideas and make sure your plans are spot on. Every month we organise a forum for similar sized businesses to address specific issues completely relevant to you. These will be held at an affiliate’s location somewhere in London. Dean or Gary will chair these more formal sessions where key topics are addressed via an agreed agenda. These forums are included as part of general membership, and are kept a manageable size to ensure everyone’s issues are addressed in full. As the name suggests “lunch clubs” are typically organised in restaurant private dining rooms. We will meet mid-morning at a Central London location to not only talk shop, but also to have

presentations by relevant business industry leading lights! We will send out invitations in advance and lunches will be at an extra cost and are on a first come first served basis. Lunches will be limited to 12-15 people maximum so that they remain open and intimate affairs to be a informative and rewarding as possible. The format is professional yet relaxed. However, subject matter is always specific, relevant and valuable with all meetings set under strict “Chatham House Rules”. As the agenda is put to bed, there is a chance to pick people’s brains informally. We aim to organise a Lunch Club 6-9 times per annum.

Dean Kelly Founding Partner 07956527008 Dean has founded and successfully exited several recruitment agencies. He has raised PE/VC investment, re-banked a public company and de-listed from the stock market. As an experienced PLC CEO, Dean has overseen acquisitions and disposals covering various sectors. He was voted Recruitment Business Leader of the year in 2013.
