Welcome to the 2011 Parade of Homes™. This year we have three subdivisions in the Parade with price points from less than $200,000 to more than $750,000. I hope you will tour all three sites and enjoy the homes. As you might expect, I’m an advocate for new homes. New homes are built to be more energy efficient; they follow a more stringent building code; they have improved indoor air quality; they are often more open and family friendly. Parade homes have all those expected new home advantages, and they often have even more features, exhibit greater attention to detail, and may provide increased value for the buyer’s dollar. Builders bring their best game to the Parade.
