Situation • Patient desires: patient himself did not express a particular whish: boss of the patient wants to replace a missing molar • Diagnostics: – Loss of one molar in lower jaw on the right side

• Treatment plan – Solitary implant / delayed loading – Solitary Zirconium crown


Chronology • 17/2/2008: General anesthesia: insertion of 3I RP implant of 10 mm length + impression taking • 13/12/2008: General anesthesia: second stage and placement of Zirconium crown • 2012: implant and crown still in function after phone inquiry after 3.5 year of followup
